it is not limited to airtel broadband customers.. u can use any ISP on internet box.
on the other hand, some apps in the internet tv won't work outside india, like hotstar.

I don't know bro last 6 months odd so by adtv back end team added it automatically in month end to hindi topup & get removed automatically by Next month 1st or 2nd week
