I think not, but 3220 is the dealer discount price of 3420. I think it can be activated from selfcare (no CB).
(ROI users only). 250 CB offer only applicable to All SD, All SD+HD, and VPK annual pack according to ad.
CB offer for those 3 packs are only on regular price. So offer is useless if you know of dealer discount packs in selfcare.
