For me the easiest method is to to login in selfcare normally and then go to old version of site with this link : Airtel Login : Pay Airtel Bill Online - Login Airtel My Account
But it seems to not work for other. You can also try REM topup**** SMS method.

That website leading me to the new website and I don't have airtel mobile to send message
so have to try with calling CC...

Hmmm! For some reason old site only works for me. I use chrome and login to new site and in new tab open the old link and it works...

@iphifi bro one small doubt when ever i call cc and ask them to remove a topup they are also removing the free regional topups also, This time I mentioned clearly to remove sony topup i have but again they removed Free regional topup. My doubt is they (cc) removing the free regional or is it automatically done when removing other topups. Also any other bros faced this .??

If your base pack is changed then free topups will be removed. Pack change may happen when we unsubscribe from HDmypack also. Normal topups removal will not create this problem.

Maybe new policy? Removing from selfcare does not have this issue for me yet.
