I think I answered your question. You'll be able to avail only the pack of primary stb or pack lower than it.

Annual recharge plan not available for child connection ie) 2nd connection , 3rd connection etc...

Only monthly recharge packs are can be activate that too as said by jagan bro above

No, name only showing like that. All top ups are life time free which are available under update combos category,you can add any 2 regional free add ons.
