Am in south my sports, i cant downgrade pack. CC said am not eligible for 99 pack. why?

Downgrade to MyPlan99 should be available. They might just be trying to fool you. Keep firm and tell you want to change to this plan

A lot to learn here, and a lot for ADTV to improve. Some of the channels even carry old logo (Star Sports 3, Star Sports 4), the best way is to hover your mouse over the image- and it gives you correct channel name - Star Sports 1 Hindi, Star Sports 1 Tamil etc.
