I have some channels missing on my Airtel Digital TV. For xample the newly added D Sport. When I press 304 or 305 it says CHANNEL 305 IS NOT AVAILABLE. Likewise, Cineplex HD (229) and few more. Do I just wait for them to get added at some point or is there some process to get them?

Channel 229 is not available? Thats strange. Its a pretty old channel. And 304 and 305 too are added to STB. Specify ur STB Model / Make. Also, are you sure it has latest firmware update?

The STB is this: my new airtel HD box made in India model mbsn-h412

For the firmware, I did the Press exit button twice + 2465 yesterday. It went thru the process and that was about it. Didn't notice any change.

I am on airtel infinity plan with box maintenance cover, i am having issues with stb, not going to active mode i.e green light. Visit charges of Rs. 150 is what cc is asking. If there any option i could save Rs. 150. Cc told if there is any tech issue in stb then it will be resolved free of cost ( which ia doubt as bmc do not cover damage..my stb do not have any physical damage look)
