This offer was provided from Airtel's broadband department. They had a site to fill a form for myhome DTH connection. Now with new website they have removed that site.

Try sending email to broadband cc and ask for myhome offer for new connection. Also check in Airtel app with existing broadband account to see any option is available to request new dth connection. BTW new offers for regular HD connection could be launched soon.
