Maybe due to heavy service load the activation is slow. Try Selfcare "Change Basepack" option it works instantly.

bro even anup bro can't add hd bouquets and hd alcarte channels via selfcare, it's problem for lot of users.

My plan was also showing 3552 rupees, contact cc, now the plan is showing 153 but only DD channels coming,he told that the plan will be activated in 48 hours.Now what shall I do, can I activate through selfcare or wait

Activate through self care. CC might even not understood your problem & gave template reply.

Activated all the bouquets morning.. Deactivated now..But still getting all the channels mainly all hd packs..If it continuous not going to modify my pack again
