It's a bug. For many NCF is not shown & for some it's not deducted regularly.
OR
He removed pay channels & currently FTA channels are decrypted in airtel so basically no plan was active on his account so no NCF was charged.

Some bugs will remain till all policies r finalized and implemented throughout. Right now airtel is activating FTA complimentary combo on all accounts. As we can see that Shri bro had deactivated TN Mega HD plan yesterday and activated TN Free Regional Plan, this FTA plan too must have included few channels for which airtel has decided not to charge NCF hence their system got confused regarding charges which need to be applied. This is not a big worry and will be sorted in coming days/weeks.

One Wrong step turned My ADTV life so expensive that was, Fitness Studio removal from Twitter Handle (someone suggested), after that everything more expensive. My primary connection which is using by my brother still on rent Rs. 332 for 500 plus channels including all major HD channels and All Telugu HD channels.
