Yes the inbuilt media player stretches the .mkv files and reduces quality. It's a limitation.

No chance as it's not available in any of the Zee bouquets.

It's not required & I think they'll not add it as it's having very very less demand & no one bother about it's unavailability.

Yes it's a part of bouquet but no one bothers about it. No one is saying them to add it like sun & Indiacast channels.
They may consider it at last.
