How to remove this f***ing bundle airtel adds... Added a single channel but ncf jumped to 176. I couldnt see it mboss app too. It's irritating to redo every time...

• Try through SMS
• Contact them on Twitter

More chances that only 3rd option will work.

I actually knew this issue and didn't add from selfcare bro. So added by sending sms only. Still this has increased the ncf.. Tried cc, their servers are down... I don't know why they sit their to say servers are down.. What's the code to remove bro.

If it's ROI bundle then VAS00002 & if it's south bundle then replace 2 with 3. Put customer ID after topup code even if you'll send SMS from your RMN.

even airtel channel counting also wrong in newly introduced packs.
for example on AP SD plus Pack Telugu Channels were showing as 53(another one channel missing) actual availability of Telugu channels are only 45.

Are you talking about the AP SD+ monthly pack which is having 99 channels for 126/month?

I downgraded the package completely... Airtel should really need to fix these bugs. It's irritating. They'll lose customers very quickly because of this issue... I won't refer anyone to Airtel anymore.

I see many channels being added in my account which I didn't subscribe. Channels like kushi tv, naaptol, gemporia etc. And this is costing me extra NCF if i add extra channels. How to remove this??
