Tried to remove one Ala-Carte topup from my ARP & got this reply,
Dear Customer, TRAI new tariff order has been implemented from 1st Feb-19, your current pack cant be modified. Pls switch to new plan to watch your preferred chnls.

Usually you cannot remove channels from arp.

I tried to remove separate Ala-Carte channel.

They should do the same for adding a channel too. Instead, they will automatically convert us to new regime isn't it!

Don't try that, there will be no coming back if you do and they convert you.

I'll send SMS from my non - RMN. While removing the topup they sent me that msg instead of OTP on my RMN & if they'll send OTP while adding any channel then I'll not send it & my ARP will be saved.
