Remove your viewing card (VC) from card slot. Clean the card with soft clean and dry cotton cloth and reinsert in the slot.

Even though I subscribe for high hd pack, still Airtel don't show few channels like Zee Tamil hd, captain, k TV hd, news j , star sports Tamil etc..that is great Airtel..

Tata Sky manages to add Jaya tv HD while airtel is still struggling to add Ngc wild HD and MTV beats HD. Ngc wild HD is available in the lowest value HD pack provided by Star and they haven't added it yet.
