at my secondary STB-002 Hindi Value Lite Pack Zee Sony is running. i add VAS00004 Top Up code through SMS. after adding all FTA channel topup now in my self care channel list is showing 557. when i click on channel wise detail. then every channel are showing 2-3 times.

I am facing the same problem, my original selection was 181 and I added VAS00004 pack, at first my channel count was 181+230 and it has become 530. Strange and wierd, now I removed VAS pack my channel count is 351. Some channels in some categories are repeated 3 to 4 times. Buggy Airtel selfcare.

Check How Bad Airtel DTH Customer Care Service. I just found it on their Twitter Handle. Some one Asked Airtel to Add Delhi Aajtak Channel. Customer Care Also Reply That They Added Delhi Aajtak Topup On Respective Account. Delhi Aajtak not available on Airtel DTH Platform. How They able to Add This. Airtel DTH Customer Care People Also Dont Know Anything,Which Channel Available ,which not

Looks like Aaj Tak activated, don't know if top up is there or not in Airtel while Delhi is missed .Thats my guess
