Wait for the day if rent debit time passed means account get refresh so chance of service resume else still have issue pm customer id in morning will sort it out
Choco bhai try sending HR [Customer ID-Box ID) to 54325. If this does not work then call customer care and tell them to send refresh command on ur box. Sometimes account gets active but system does not send go ahead command to box. Server and other tech issues also cause jamming.
To avoid this inconvenience, please keep box in operational mode while recharging. Also make sure u do recharge with required amount needed for reactivation at once rather than in parts bcoz doing latter again can choke or confuse the system. The process undertaken later stands in queue till former is processed and there is possibility of mismatch
Value Sports HD. Or u can work out different combinations thru bouquet, packs or individual chs. It is time consuming but can help save some money... Depends on which chs u watch.
Simpler way is to opt for chs and drop it as per need.
