What is the issue occurring at present on self care, not showing account balance or other info and STB Management page aaking to chose new packs as per new TRAI tariff order? I am already having relevant packs activated and on tv chs r working fine .

Just guessing but is airtel preparing to rollout NTO 2.0 on 1st march and updating same on self care?

Great News - Now Doordarshan Channels bundle pack is not mandatory and one can take or skip it as per ur choice. This gives us 25 more slots to chose additional chs without extra NCF

Update - DD Bundle auto disabled today on both connection by airtel

Expecting changes on 1st march and addition of new chs too after software update is completed. Any1 got latest software, if so has 4 digit lcn been implemented or new tp added in installation set up? Please check and share info

bro I can't remove the dd pack from my existing pack via airtel thanks app, do i need to create new pack again.

Same here!! Can't opt out DD pack even when creating a new pack. NCF slabs are still the same as per NTO 1.0 and no changes in both selfcare website or thanksapp

wait a little , they will gradually make it available across subscriber base.... Even i was surprised when DD chs suddenly stopped coming and as i checked my account DD bundle was not part of selected bouquet anymore

NTO 2.0 will be applicable from 1st Mar 2020 as per the TRAI guidelines. Wait till 1st Mar.
