I have 2 independent ADTV connections. I am paying ₹153 NCF on both.
So is it possible that I can convert one independent connection and make it as a secondary connection so that I will get reduced NCF on that?

Yes you can do. I am sure you will be getting Rs 85 NCF. But if you recharge main account secondary account share that
