Also tried adding Star Gold Select HD thru sms but not achieving success

using SD or HD stb bro ?? If it's HD as said by Rahul bro you'll get only a used one rather than new one still you want to take a risk check with ur local dealer and ask his opinion if he's gud u can convince him with some amount you'll get a new one also but huwaei new one not possible just tit or tat play

Thanks for your reply Bro. I don't mind if it's old or new as far as it works for me. Mine is out of warranty so refurbished also ok. I just want to know the model no.
