Hi bro.. thank u..

Updated the software and performed transponder diagnostics test. There are total 19 transponders.

In all the transponders signal strength is around 80 and signal quality is from 6 to 10.

In some transponders signal strength and quality come and go.

In one of the transponder there is zero signal strength and signal quality.

Its normal atmosphere here from many days. Still some channels have black screen, some channels have only audio no video.

So what could be the problem.? Now what to do next.??
