Can I use Dolby digital sound in HD channels?

Check the specs of your HT if it support dolby

They will mention Dolby Digital audio on TV specs also. Doesn't mean you will be able to experience it in the TV speakers. 6 speakers are required to experience Dolby.

My 4K TV too have 2 speakers but supports Dolby Digital and other format...Those formats r available if we connect HT through Optical out in TV..
Yes we can't hear Dolby in TV unless 6 speakers...

Yeah. That's what I'm saying. 2.1 setup can't give Dolby experience, only stereo.

Plenty of curated packages showing Epic TV, Showbox, and Filmachi as part of it. Is this new?

Apart from DD channels there are no other FTA channels which Product Catalog shows. Guess Airtel is getting ready for Gubbare and Apna Epic Value Pack.

Epic was added long back in these packs, BBC and C Beebies r new additions after BBC bouquet was launched few weeks back
