Airtel technical team is dumb...
Today after cyclone I turned on TV but dth is not turning on... Only 10 min loading...
I asked cc about it and he said box is hanging...
U hv to change box... And service request generated.
After few hours no one came to repair, so I checked antenna and white transporder...
Antenna is not damaged but transporder white cover was broken and water is inside..
So I cleaned water and tv is working only sd channels...no hd channels. Then I called again for this issue and he said antenna settings changed... Realignment needed...
after 1 hour of clean hd channels working...
after that call of technician came and asking for adress and I said go to your office...tv is working properly....
5 Hrs.
