Want to highlight one issue with respect to Airtel Digital TV. Not sure if it is already reported.
Airtel Digital tv is not allowing customers with jio number to recharge either through Airtel Official Website/AirtelThanks App. This is kind of restricting the customers from viewing the current plans/recharge packs.

In my humble opinion, this could be improved.

Reached out to customer care, their reply was not at all satisfiable. They were asking me to switch to Airtel Mobile Network from Jio.

I don't think other private DTH operators (Like Tata Play) do this.

Iam using jio mobile number as a RMN but I am not facing this issue. Iam able recharge my account through airtel website
