They cannot do so as same is not allowed as per NTO Rules. They r performing maintenance activities on Airtel Thanks App hence due to some error such message would be displaying

Bro in your earlier post i saw you have 4 service channel by any chance you add a service channel which lock in period of 30 days coz some service channel of adtv in my Airtel app consist 30 day lock in period hence i asked

not subscribed to any Airtel channels, 4 services are fta bundles and hd preview ( no cost)

If adtv follow this lock in path then they follow path of d2h if i am not wrong d2h also have lock in period system

Only for service channels i guess

Just added 1 channel and removed same .
We can deactivate channel.
No lock-in msg shows when deactivated.

D2h has lock in period of 30 days just for service channels / interactive services
