Is there any way to modify Airtel DTH plan like normal DTH in Black Plan?

In Reginal TAMIL channel category - Channel No 822 STAR VIJAY TAKKAR should be changed the LCN near the Music channel nos.
And 820 DD TAMIL - also to be changed near by other entertainment channels.

These two channels LCN nos are followed by Devotional channel nos and long gap between other entertainment channels nos.
LCN 813 is the last Music channel after that Devotional category channel coming from 814 to 819 .
Normally peoples are skipped to view these channels since it is not coming near by music channel nos or other entertainment channel nos
Hence there is more chances to avoid viewing of these channels.
Also favorite channel selection also not available in AIRTEL DTH like other DTH
Tata play and D2H.

These channels must be changed the LCN to gain the more viewership .
