No I am not misleading I have myself gone through hardships. Cc told me clearly that ncf pack cannot be applied on primary. In black there is no option to take ncf plan in primary. Due to which I stopped recharging my box.

Wrong buddy.... As i have stated that u can opt for NCF pack on any connection and if u r Airtel Black customer then too same can be done.... Also no such software issue as u have mentioned earlier on

Anna the reply of mine u quoted is related to questions / things mentioned to another member and it is not related to ur issue, i have replied to ur post separately.....


Also the 4 Digit LCN rollout will surely happen across different STB models and Airtel will likely enable it via dynamic update post downloading of software as had happened earlier with Tata Play STB's, post that one would have to add 0 before any channel they want to view which r having 3 Digit LCN allocated to them else without that if u key in 3 Digit LCN then it will take 2 seconds before STB tunes into that channel, this is regular function and not any glitch or issue

Call customer care or contact Airtel Presence team via X (Twitter) or on Airtel App just go to ur DTH Account, scroll down go to "Update Account Details" Tab and there a window will open where it says "Edit Package " click on it and old UI of DTH section will open there u can make these changes
......New UI does not support this option and i have already shared feedback with Team Airtel to look into the same so basically it is that u can do so and there is no restriction as u had mentioned
