I’ve few questions about binge plus, does it support YouTube HDR or other HDR format like Dolby vision ? Does it upscale HD content to 4K ? And what sound format it support, Dolby Atmos??

Yes it's available..It's available in the info of each channels..There is no fav button in remote...

I think it supports..Sadly no Dolby in installed apps...U can get in casting or pendrive contents..

Slots of home channels are generally sold to companies for Ad revenue, sometimes to teleshopping channels and sometimes to other brands, so most likely that's only advertisement
