What happened to B4U company? No B4U channels are coming on my SITI cable? Are they going to shutdown?

Running fine in ADTV.

And B4U is a growing network. Their 2 Channel B4U Kadak & B4U Bhojpuri getting Good TRP ratings. So I think Network will never shutdown.
