Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) plans to launch HD feeds for its Tamil and Kannada movie channels- Zee Thirai and Zee Picchar. The network has revised its Reference Interconnect Offer (RIO) for the new channels which are priced at Rs 12 each.

The company, on its official website, has mentioned that the revised RIO will be effective from September 5, 2021.

Have a look at what movies top 4 broadcasters airing on their hindi movies channels this Independence Day....clearly star/disney bringing in so many good films across all their channels, zee again repeating same films..infact Ab Tumhare Hawaale Wathan Saathiya, Commando aired today on Z Anmol Cinema and tomm again on Z Action...even Kesari airing both on And Pictures and Z Cinema tomm and other films also ones which gets aired every alternate or even consecutive day ...nothing fresh or exciting, Sony again airing average or boring filmd on Max and Max2...Wah schedule not updated....Viacom18 have average dubbed films on 2 chs while Colors Cineplex Bollywood airing quite nice films tomm and infact daily...have high hopes from them in future

Okay so Sony Wah has back to back bollywood films lined up on Wah though most of these films r aired quite often but still keeping in mind shortage of popular bollywood films sony has this is a commendable effort by them

Seeing how Mangal Pandey started the whole mutiny against the British. Movie on him deserved a way better slot than early morning. Movies like Mission Mangal and Baby are a regular feature. Could've swapped slot with either.

It is also airing on UTV Movies at late night slot...i was surprised that star/disney did not air Rang De Basanti

Are u all happy with bollywood movies being aired these day on hindi movie channels? Honestly speaking i extremely happy with what is being aired across star/disney hindi movie channels, zee also improving bollywood content but repetition needs to reduce, sony making positive efforts with Sony Wah but Max2 needs more fresh films rather than old FTA library being aired ...Max can continue being dubbed cinema destination if other 2 improve bollywood content, viacom18 doing exceedingly well with Colors Cineplex Bollywood and Colors Cineplex needs revamp post other 2 chs being available across platforms.

I asked u this question as these days lot more bollywood movies being aired which was not the case 3 or 4 yrs back. Tomorrow's schedule of all star/disney chs, all zee chs (except zee cinema) and Colors Cineplex Bollywood filled with nice bollywood films...quite sure Sony Wah would also air more bollywood films hence quite lot of choice for us bollywood fans...even FTA chs doing good job... Things will get lot better in coming days for sure
