If you are new customer and enjoying ur free month then you'll not get +1HD and if you are old customer then you must contact Customer Support.

The channels don't even show in the list .... Is this normal

It is weird indeed. Even I'm facing the same issue got TataSky in January. Got the +1 services in HD on the day of installation. Next day onwards +1 services started showing in SD even though the TataSky portal shows that the plan which I had chosen [South Platinum annual HD] contains +1 channels as HD. I asked the same question here and got this response and found it very weird.

Yes ...and also 90 days ......very long time .. that's very disappointing....is there any way we can manually scan the channels and view....
