Long back ago , when I check TS website for channel packs ...
I remember it showed HD channels in many Base packs but users have to subscribe to HDAF for watching them ...
Now , when I see pack , I see the text No HD Channels available in this pack ...
So , does the packs changed ??

Yesterday , I placed a request for TS HD Upgrade. the Executive placed request for Rs.1890 STB ... I was looking for 1 month ..
Today I met dealer , he is providing 1 month HD Upgrade at Rs.890 ...instead of Rs.990 ...
Not a big difference ...
But as I have placed a request , he said to cancel it and wait 5 days , and meet him again so that he will initiate the Upgrade process from his side ..
As now the request is with TS Customer Care , he is unable to interfere in between ...
Every request is forwarded to him only ... even if I call customer care ..
So , I will wait for 5 days and see ...

Meanwhile TS Customer Care Isn't cancelling the request , they are asking to wait for Call from team and confirm the same to them ..

So , you were unable to cancel and order from dealer ??
My dealer giving for 890 and One month only free HD , Almost same as TS with 100 Rs less ...
I will again ask if he can give atleast 2 months pack or for rs.800 ... Else I will order via CC only , whatever it may be my request will be completed by him as he alone is the dealer in my area

That's normal after 90 days from the date of installation your +1 SD Channels will be converted into +1 HD channels

Any particular reason or this is basic feature ?Are +1 SD services (star plus colors zeetv sony) will be available from the day of installation of TS ?

Contain 1 hour delay episode it Will useful whom miss their episode for their busy life. Yes available.

And what about 1)Star Plus Repeats 2)Zee tv Repeats ? In which pack onwards they are available in TS? Or we have to subscribe as separate Alacarte?

I am using Dhamaka 199 pack and Star Plus Repeat , Not sure abt Zee TV Repeats ...

Bro , I am using TS SD since 2 yrs , I am planning for HD STB ..
Yes , The offer can't be converted , but why you didn't cancel the booking and directly order from him again ?
