I tried to drop the pack but it says cannot be dropped

From today i am not getting Republic TV and News X in FTA Complementary pack. Its asking to subscribe, any one has the issue ???

I’m getting all English news fta channels, no issue with me.

Maybe you are subscribed to FTA English News pack because those channels are not available on FTA complimentary pack
