My Signal Levels are reduced for all INSAT and GSAT channels despite of clear sky.

2031- Signal Level: 243, Strength: 90, MER: 9.6, SQ: 20
2032- Signal Level: 249, Strength: 90, MER: 10.5, SQ: 30

because of raining its also happen if your lnb is old

Ok. I got it. Humax HEVC HD STB shows signals levels more that the actual levels, that's why @asgworldindia and @Tony Sehgal get high signal levels.

When I had the this STB I had same issue of showing high signal level than the actual one

May be but I am not a Tech Guru or Sat Tracker Expert so cannot Comment detailed on that.

But Few Questions arising here. They are:-

1.Before Migration to these New Tps & Parameters All Signal Levels that My STBs receiving are ditto that of mentioned in the 'Signal Maping' Thread in TS Section.
After Migration to these New Sat/Tp Parameters The Signal Parameters Updated with New One. So if this is the Inbuilt Problem of Humax HD STB then why the Previous Signal Parameters I received are same like others ?
Before Migration to So called H Tp Humax STB also showed that Insat 4A Tp 18 is a Weak Tp. It was Same Signal Level showed to me as same like other STB Models.

2.I have said that I have cross checked with 21 Households who are using TS and more with Different STB Models. There are SD boxes + HD Technicolor Boxes + Humax HD Boxes + 4K Boxes. Interestingly All STBs receiving Same Signal Parameters. As @Anish Pai brother explained that Humax is quite Differently receives Signal then why & How these 21 Different STBs Receiving Same Signal Parameters here in My Locality?

3. If Humax STB receives and Shows different Signal Level then How a TS Technicians-Service Man will Install/Relocate or Reallign ODU connected to Humax STBs? Because Each & Every time the Technicians will face a very Weird Problem to track Signal for Humax STBs.

I have just consulted a TS Service Technician and He explained these to me with a Note that 'TS Technicians-Service Personals have never ever heard of this Issue of Humax STB receiving and Showing inherent Signal Parameters. '

But Yes I will definitely Investigate it to the Extreme.

TS technicians r not aware of it certainly barring few in the whole Team...ask any expert sat tracker if any and he will tell more about it...
The signal level deffers in few occations like this as i seen in more than 40 years of sat tracking..

on to tatsky STB somewhere i had posted the signal levels of 3 Differant STB s of tatasky...every brand have differant tuners differant motherboards and differant softwares...i am using differant DTH since 2004.. even in same STB there maybe differant signal levels after new sw updates...differant cables may give differant levels...differant brand LNB also shows differant levels ...
as a user we shouldnot worry much on slight differance in signal levels...in night the signals r used to increase and daytime falls down..
we should get clear picture ...thatsall...in rainy season signals has to sustain the blockage/disturbance from rain and dark clouds as much as much as possible..if not we shoukd check lnb cable dish alignments and fix them...although ku band signals bound to decrease and even go off due to rain and dark clouds...

No. It's location issue. What signals u get at night bro in same TP

Bro on GSAT(Channels) the Signal Level:185-190 and MER:11.1db Test Channel:- SL:195 MER:10.8 db
IN4A(Channels) the Signal Level:165-177 and MER:10.1db Test Channel:- SL:183 MER:9.7 db

Sometimes black screen appears written "Channel Needs Authorization Key", anyone knows what's this about? It appears for just about 2 seconds so difficult to take photo.

Same Notification Messages appeared here also especially on Star Bharat HD LCN 121.
"Channel Needs Authorization Key"
"Verifying STB Smart Card......Wait a While."
It seems not a Worry Issue from Subscribers Side. I feel it is Coming from Broadcasters Side or Some Encoding for Encryption Updation taking Place from TS Backend.

Waiting for Other Experts View on this.

Yes some issue in channel encoders placed at TS Uplink Station
