Doesnt 90 95 quality makes the quality best doesnt it downscale the hd pq

Signal levels have no relationship with picture quality. Even if a person gets 10% levels the PQ will be same as 100%>

PCM is better as u said ur TV doesn't support DD.

Model Ds 367 is written on stb. Yesterday, (wen there was no signal msg) I did factory restore and now it takes me till signal page and does not let me in without signal...I can't even enter setting page.
