Model Ds 367 is written on stb. Yesterday, (wen there was no signal msg) I did factory restore and now it takes me till signal page and does not let me in without signal...I can't even enter setting page.

Anish bro, im using T51 model settopbox model no is 00636..(made in thailand) it is also had viewing card.. My setopbox also showing gsat k9 & insat4A.. My doubt is recent hd boxes (cord less) had gsat 30 & insat4A.. How it is possible gsat k9 & gsat 30 r same? In old boxes show signel strength & quality is 40% IN INSAT4A, new set settopbox showing.. Signel quality is100% in insat4A.. Overal old boxes pic quality is better then new boxes.. How it is possible?

It's not insat 4a. It's GSAT 10 and GSAT 30.

So all stb signal levels must have improved.

I guess they will update the names.

Nope..it's auto selecting IN4A-14...pls note I hv turned on this stb after 2 yrs hence no update done in last 2 yrs.

Anyone facing a strange issue in Set Max HD?
The picture goes blank for a second or two and then the picture comes back and tye sound comes back after a second or two. Please confirm anyone.

What is the lock-in period of this pack ??? Is there daily deduction for this pack. And Can one add this pack and drop it next day ???

Yes it has 1 day lock in period. You can drop any time after completing 24 hours
