No he can easily use the balance
On the day of installation of new connection he can temporary suspend old connection for one month
Then again resume after end of balance in new box
Also using 2 mobile numbers he can earn ₹400

Then also he has to pay more for needed only Dish as a new connection...And also pay more money ....
I think new connection is not the solution of Only Dish as I think...
Anyway its his choice ...

Casting works fine on Xstream.

Sun NXT content on the JioCinema app are restricted to mobile viewing only. Casting won't work with them.

Exactly....If Bing+ doesn't provide Then no way of getting Dolby sound in HT...
