Guyz anyone help me iam from chennai
I can't able to see tataplay since yesterday morning. I complaint to CC and as well as on twitter. No use

No rain today. Still this problem continuing

Did you see the work order for your complaint? Last month I too faced due to LNB got miss-aligned. My complained got resolved within 12 hours. I think 24 hours is the deadline.

By your reply, This means that many celeb installed a connection just for promotion. Usually, people dont see which dth or cable connection celebs are using but we see because this platform is made for this only. Also, SRK shooted promotional ad films for DishTV and posted pics of using Tata Sky (Now Tata Play).Celebrities using Tata Sky at home.

As i have said being a "promotional tie up" or not being one....both r possibilities, being a regular person we wil not b able to exactly know which one holds true in such cases

may be due to rain water in lnb. dry it after cleaning. put a 1.5 litre bottle botton half cut as a rain water protection cover over lnb.
if there is no water in lnb use any satellite director app or quicksat app to see if there is alignment change by yourself, see youtube on how to use those apps

Just accept that Kohli and Sharma's genuinely uses Tata Play and move on. You were wrong. Always using same brand cannot be considered endorsement. There are many images of them using same DTH.

PS which brands celebrities uses shouldn't matter.

U r right brother. LNB filled with water after removed water it start working properly
Tataplay rep came to my house and find that i felt shy in that situation cuz juz rain water gives me this problem

Only some movies have Tamil audio, if it is available from broadcaster end then you would get it otherwise English on both feeds
