Seeking Help Getting less validity

My recharge due date was 13th Jan and I recharged on 11th Jan my monthly rental is 268 and I recharged for 255 and got 10 cashback so total is 265 so I should get 29 days validity and my due date for next month should be 12th Feb but it is showing 11th Feb one day less I have contacted Airtel customer care they have no knowledge I also sent email to them they are saying because you recharged less than your pack you will get 2 - 3 days less validity I should get one day less but why are they saying I will get 2-3 days less I am attaching as also I was getting this problem from many time now I am frustated any solution.

Unless You Tell Me What's The Balance Before You Recharge, I Can't Confirm Where's The Issue,,

Did You Add / Drop Any Channels Or Modified Your Packages In Between??

I don't remember balance exactly maybe 9 or 18 and yes I activated ss 1 hd hindi but also deactivated same day but that's not the issue I got sufficient balance to run my adtv till 12th feb and a little more than that you can calculate everything mentioned in pics

Bro! As Per My Calculations Your Balance Is Valid For 29 Days (There Will Be Some Balance Even After That)

Your Previous Expiry Date Is 13th Jan (18 Days Remains Till January Gets Completes)

New Expiry Date Is 11th February

So 18 + 11 = 29 Days!
