This is more of FYI for you.
A few days ago I received a call from an unknown number. Truecaller identified it as D2H scam and highlighted it in red flag.
I still picked it up. The lady said she is from D2H and I should watch some 3nn channel number Rangmanch active channel.
I did not understand, why should I watch it when it's not in my pack nor I want it??
I told her that it's not in my pack. She kept on repeating that I should watch that channel.
I again told her and it's not there in my pack and I do not want it at all.
She kept the phone. Then in no time I got an SMS that Rangmanch active has been activated on your pack and your revised monthly subscription fee is Rs nnn.
I raised a complaint with D2h and they said there's a 2 day lockin period. After 2 days I again called and got it cancelled.
Going forward I will never ever pick up any call coming from D2H.
