Can you post screenshot of latest download ID?

As my DVR download ID is 44 and I talk to customer care, They are telling software will update automatically

I think there is a way to do a forced OTA firmware update but don't know how.

In my old RDTV STB I have to press Channel Up and Channel Down and power for 20 seconds and the STB will download & update the latest firmware automatically.

When I contact the CC they simply giving answer it will automatically update
But mine is struck at Download ID 22

Please Help

Can anyone share the steps to upgrade Videocon d2h HD2222 manually & share the download ID 23? Currently my download ID is 18.
