HD PVR Swap Charges

Dear Friends
My HD PVR got swapped last month due to the manufacturing defect from TataSky. Before doing swap their office didn't inform me about charges.
My box is in warranty period till March 2016.
After swapping next day Tatasky applied Rs. 870 including Rs. 170 service visit charges as swap charges.
I had complained but no response from TataSky.
Since then I have not recharged my account.
Please share your views about applied charges are legitimate. My box was defective. Its not my fault that I didn't damaged it.
Kindly comment.

Cross check warranty, if it is under warranty, I would suggest you to chat with them than call them and register the complaint.

If your product is in warranty period and they cut any charges. Call their nodel officers or write them mail.
Please note bro they not give any defect warranty. ( body break, water damage, etc )
It means if any product defect they cut replace charges.

There is no defect like yoy said. Its outer panel getting shock i.e. current when touched. Also creating annoying sounds when connected to home theater.

1 What are charges for up-gradation from HD box to HD PVR(with recording Box) for out of warrenty box?

Also what are charges for up-gradation from SD box to HD PVR box for again out of warrenty box?

I have both boxes installed. so planning to upgrade to HD PVR box

I had also replaced my Dvr STB. it was in warranty so no charges were cut from my balance

Anyways my Account never has a Balance of more than 600 rs
