Good Wishes for new Dish and Stb. First you check footprints, elevation etc.
Example:
SatBeams - Home
Satellite Finder / Dish Alignment Calculator with Google Maps | DishPointer.com
Always start with a relex mind. First get like 93.5, 75, 88,108, 45 etc.

Sir i have read the literature and now understand very well what is a satellite footprint or elevation of the prime focus or offset dish ...but i need to know how to apply it accurately on my dish antenna because i couldnt find find any easily applicable method which can be practically applied(which you experts use) to adjust the accurate
1.true azimuth;
2.skew and
3.elevation
And then how can i blind scan in my Solid 1740 Stb.
Thanks in advance....

Easy step
1. Elevation
First see if there is angle marking behind the dish.
2. Angle
See nearby houses dishes.

Later stage:
1. Skew lnb after getting beam.
2. Azimuth is a theoritical thing.

Last stage
1. Do blind scan. Set Lnb Frq 9750-10600. Pol: auto. 22k: Auto Polarity: auto Discqc: disable. Scan mode: All

Do the homework. Practice makes you perfact
