click the "i" button in upgrade box section there in ur snap so that manually u can verify ur box type

@Gobinaath bro when I am clicking on i it's showing nothing, bro just called and confirmed from CC it's hd box, bro currently hd bouquets and hd alcarte channels not showing for me, I asked CC he is saying it will be there but not showing, bro what should I do, sorry for disturbing you again

Are you able to see upgrade button in self service.
 
yes just upgraded to hd box 4 months ago.
First activate SD channels pack, after activation of new selected pack then check in self care. Then try to add one HD Ala carte channel through SMS.
