bro is there any way to check online whether I am using sd box or hd box.

this showing in selfcare under connection option.
click the "i" button in upgrade box section there in ur snap so that manually u can verify ur box type

@Gobinaath bro when I am clicking on i it's showing nothing, bro just called and confirmed from CC it's hd box, bro currently hd bouquets and hd alcarte channels not showing for me, I asked CC he is saying it will be there but not showing, bro what should I do, sorry for disturbing you again

Are you able to see upgrade button in self service.
