Please how to Downgrade New South Family Pack and SMS send to 57575.....

You can call Dishtv for downgrading pack.
I think you need to recharge your a/c for min Rs 10 (for active a/c & min Rs 250 for inactive a/c) & inform them within a week after recharge to downgrade your package.
You can also give them advance instruction for downgrading the package so that after your next recharge they will downgrade your package.

Yaah, i think downgrading is not free they deduct 20 to 30 rs for downgrade when i downgrade my pack 3 years ago they deduct 20 rs from my account only upgrading is free not downgrading so you have to aware from this kind of think.

I think its free but they are using terms like 'Recharge by date' & ' Turn off date' where customer has already paid till ' Turn off date' & AFAIK they are claiming that they are giving 3 days of free viewing period.
