How to get Audio & Video from rca in sun direct hd?

Audio & video comeing in hdmi cable. but when i use rca or rf cable no video & auido is comeing. Only EPG is showing.

can any one help me how to unlock .

And you will not get hd quality audio, video without hdmi.
