Guys, My Tata Sky HD Set Top Box has become faulty and bad but the service centre here in Nagpur is only offering Old style Big Box as replacement. How to get a new set top box as replacement or any way to buy new box by paying extra?

This means i have no other option but to accept the old Big ugly box, Tata Sky should give an option for buying New Set Top box to its customers.

Thanks for this information, I will ask for new set top box by paying Rs 999, the service guys are offering the old big ugly box to me which i don't like.
