How to get faulty Tata Sky Box replaced with brand new one?

I think u can opt for new STB by paying full amount Rs 990/ [as i remember but cant confirm] ..also u get 1 year warranty... last year my relative got new one instead of swap box...

 Again spoke to Tata Sky guys, there is no such facility of getting new set top box and i have to get old box only. BUT There is loophole by which i can get new set top box that is cancelling that secondary connection and applying for new secondary connection but that is also not possible for me as i have paid Annual Pack on this secondary box.

Still u can talk with local distributor or Area head for small sized STB.. instead of old model STB.. it all depends on u how u convince them....

Exactly what i felt from my experience, if you have good contacts with them they can do STB swap with ease. Which means any STB models you need if available that would be given, afterall they are for STB selling itself.

All DTH swap box always old.(repaired box)service visited send to very old box please don't expect.
