I went to blacksmith and asked him to hammer it for me, into parabolic curve using the plywood template. I recorded the video of it, so you can do it on your own at home, also drill holes on the rib along its length of about 10 holes, at equal intervals for fixing mesh. You can see those holes in the videos below.

If any hole is not nice means, file it with the round file as shown above(TATA brand, its cost is 230 Rs)

Don't inhale the zinc oxide fumes from GI pipe welding and burning, they will be fatal. Already it took lives of some welders working in less ventilated room.

mesh or should be cut with tin snippers. Aluminium sheet can be cut with both snippers and large cloth scissors.
