how to make 6 feet c band dish?

ok srinivas.and i gona use aluminium sheet for panels.or i use iron sheet?

Use aluminum sheet, but be careful when cutting it, the sharp edges will cause cuts to the fingers, i got it when cutting both aluminum sheet and mesh.

what is minimum thicknes should use for panels?

You can use any thickness, but use the one with lower thickness and easily bendable to be able to bend along with rib curve.

Iron flat which i used for bending ribs, i used 3 pieces like this to create 12 ribs

Pilot hole drilling or center punching for machine drilling further
