Have you tried SMS method:
REM TOPUP8582 to 54325 for removing Rs.126 upfront India HD ROI
REM TOPUP8586 to 54325 for removing DBR version of India HD ROI

Sometimes confirmation sms may not come. So you need to check app after 15 min to check if it was removed.

Keep refreshing the app package section to see if it's removed. Wait for 15 min to check removal else you can start conversation with @Arsh from his profile. You may need minimum 20 posts to enable conversation (You have only 19 posts now).
