I think some problem in Lnb.

mai na LNB ki dono output ko check kia hai.
meray fta box par dono output sa 70% signals aa rahay hain.

Then contact the person from where you buy the box,
1st time when engineer install my box, he done, one wire coming from Lnb to box, for 2nd wire he use splitter then box start loading.
